Have already had a heart disease or have had a stroke or at risk for having a heart attack or stroke
18 years of age or older

The purpose of this study is to learn more about Muvalaplin, possible new investigational drug for the treatment of elevated lipoprotein, a type of fat in your blood that Is not good for your health.
